- Handling & delivery of Class A, B & C petroleum product( MS , HSD , NAPHTHA, ATF)(White oil & Black oil), through state of artfully connected to various type of tanks like fixed roof tank, external floating roof tank, internal floating roof tank.
- Operational co-ordination with ship's crew & mooring team and monitoring of vessel's position for Berthing at designated area /Unberthing of vessel ensuring safety for all.
- Boarding of vessel, Key meeting with vessel personal & third party surveyor for cargo to be load, documentations, supervising operations like tank Inspection for O2 & Hydrocarbon content, gauging, sampling, Venting, Draining & inter tank transfer operation following ISGOTT(International safety guide for tankers & terminal) & assurance of environmental protection during berthing & in operation.
- Sample collection for Lab-testing prior loading of cargo.
- Maintaining Quality as per IQCM(Industry quality control manual)
- Loading Arm connection/disconnection.
- SSSC(Ship shore safety checklist) with hourly monitoring of vessel.
- Ullaging after completion of vessel & final documentation.
- Knowledge of MARPOL(International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Carrying all type of shore line up and routine operational field activities.
- Pigging operations for grade changeover & line conversion(Cup PIG).
- Slop transfer & nitrogen plant handling. Knowledge of tank & pipeline cleaning operations.
- Performing operation according to SOP(Standard operating Procedure) .
- Reviewing permit for daily basis Hot work/Cold work job following WPS(work permit system).
- Continuous Inspection operation for any abnormalities at Jetty area & CCPL(cross country pipeline) and timely reporting for any malfunctioning of equipment.
- Interacting with maintenance team for routine & non routine activities.
- Bunker deliveries to Tug boats & DSV(diving supporting vessel) documentations and record keeping of same.
- Ensuring TT(Tanker truck) document checking like, PESO Explosive license & fitness certificate.
- Monitoring and Operations of captive Sea water intake system for supplying the water to refinery, Chlorine dosing to supply line.
- Operation & Monitoring of Chlorine dosing system, adherence to safety for personnel and asset.
- Training to operator/seamen on emergency preparedness during leak of chlorine gas.
Pipeline Operations - AARVI ENCON PVT LTD. - Vadinar
