I am a dynamic Quality Assurance Engineer, manual tester, and aspiring automation tester, with the mindset of a continuous learner, most passionate about the experience of the end-user. ● I am the deputy team lead for a team of about 50 people from different tracks. We formed an
Escrow service startup, where users can perform secure and safe transactions on our platform without having to worry whether they'll be scammed by the other party.
● I worked directly with the project managers and came up with the scope and flow of the product.
● I also worked with the Front-end developers and tested all features on the UI that make up the product.
● Tested all APIs from the Backend developers using Postman.
● I also tested the Tidio FAQ chatbot created by the CRM team and ensured all requirements are met.
● Documentation of all test cases using Google sheets and Google docs.
