Iyasere Favour

my name is Iyasere favour, I graduated from the university of Benin where i studied physiology. I am a goal getter and I love growing and learning new things.

I have a strong customer-focused mindset and am able to empathize with customers to provide effective solutions to their problems. I am also skilled in conflict resolution and am able to de-escalate tense situations to ensure customer satisfaction. I am a team player and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals. I am highly organized and able to manage my time effectively to meet customer service targets

I have a Bachelor's degree in Physiology from the University of Benin. During my time at university, I developed a strong foundation in anatomy, biochemistry, and pharmacology, as well as physiology.

I also had the opportunity to work on several group projects, which helped me develop my collaboration and project management skills. I was able to apply my technical knowledge to real-world problems and gain practical experience in research.
