• I conduct adequate supervision during excavation of ditch and back filling of ditch
• Ensure full PPE compliance during clamping of crude oil pipes to avoid being expose to crude oil spillage
• Every lifting operations must have a lifting plans before I allow lifting activities to commence
• I provide and implement the use of ear plug to reduce noise exposure from compressors
• I check the validity of all personnel medical reports, making sure their vital are being check on a daily basis before any task will be carried out
• I implement and supervise the use of respirator to avoid being expose from crude oil spill during clamping and togging activities

• Ensure full HSE implementation and compliance
• Inspect all hot work activities to ensure welders are using their face shield and impact hand gloves during welding activities
• I oversee all scaffolding assembly work, and also barricade the area with signage, were lifting operations is being carried out to avoid incident/accident
• Daily toolbox talk must be carried out before embarking on any task
• I ensure that every personnel signs the Permit to Work (PTW) before work commence
• I report every incident, near miss, anomalies, unsafe act and unsafe condition on a daily basis for future mitigations
• I am responsible for health and safety on company construction site along with environmental compliance

Fire Watch/Confine Space Safety Officer - Project Master Nigeria Limited (Total Energies Field)

• I inspect every harness belt prior to and after wearing it
• Making sure that all personnel head lamps, gas detector and radios are functioning well prior and after entering a confine space
• I always position fire extinguishers and pressurise water host in strategic points incase of any fire outbreak
• Every barricade areas were hot work activities is been done with a fire blanket to contain sparks and flying particles
• I stop every unsafe hot work whenever I detect any possible risk that might lead to fire outbreak
• I conduct constant gas monitoring with a gas detector for any potential gas ingress
• I keep visible contact at all time with personnel working in tank/confine space
