My name is Jane Anyam a B.sc Holder from Olabisi Onabanjo University. I am an experienced Call Center Agent with more than 7 years experience.
The given chance to be experienced in this field started from the entry level in a telecommunication company as an inbound call agent with the responsibility of receiving customers complaint, enquired and request about the company's product and services via phone call. This particular department enabled me to move into the outbound section of the call center after having some years on experience in the inbound.
The outbound was basically a call out section were calls are initiated to the Customers for the sole purpose to boast sales of company's product and services. As a call center agent one becomes more patient, attentive and social.
This profession has made it easy to relate and socialize better with people.
My professional experiences such as attention to details, patient, active listening etc in the inbound enabled me to move into the Telemarketing Outbound department where calls where initiated out to Customers so as to boost company sales of product and services likewise to capture feedbacks from Customers.
To have covered this key sections in the company I was transferred into the
Backoffice Email Resolution Department where collated customers complaints from inbound, outbound were technically treated. This department enabled communication with Customers via emails and phone calls.
