• Assist the Civil Engineer / QA/QC Engineer in supervising daily site construction activities
• Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and project schedules
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, labor, equipment usage, and weather conditions
• Report daily progress, delays, and site issues to the Civil Engineer / QAQC Engineer
• Ensure workers follow site safety regulations and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Attend site meetings and communicate instructions from the Civil / QAQC Engineer to the construction team
• Support testing and inspection activities, including concrete testing, soil compaction, and material quality checks
• Maintain records of inspections, test results, and quality-related documentation
• Report quality issues, defects, and site concerns to the Civil/QAQC Engineer for appropriate action
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient construction site

• Organize the planning of the batching plant team operators and other plant members
• Ensure the cleanliness of the batching plant area
• Ensures to follow the safety and environmental procedures for the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the plant
• Follow and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance (with the support of the workshop team)
• Make a daily report based on the production done, delivery received and actual stock remaining
• Ensure good provision of the materials (gravel, cement, aggregates, etc.) including making a request for purchase
• Ensure the material stock is always at its maximum and inform management on time in case of any provisional issue
• Coordinate/communicate with site personnel to plan and to start concrete production according to the requests
• In contact with the batching plant supplier (ELKON) to solve the issue in case of plant breakdown
• Help the operators to correct the mix (if needed) to be sure the concrete will pass the lab tests to minimize the reject of concrete
• Make weekly tabulated reports on the quantity of concrete produced during the week, the material consumption of the week and the delivered material for the week
• Make deliveries scheduled for the following week and communicate with the supplier and the LAB
• Limit the loss of rejected concrete to its minimum
• Ensure the batching plant is always ready to produce
• Ensure the plant has no loss production time due to failure or breakdown as much as possible
• Coordinate with the workshop team for the weekly inspection
• Coordinate/communicate with the plant managers for other plant instructions
