I currently serve as the Base Logistician at SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL in deep field area, Monguno LGA, Borno State.
I have over 5 years of progressive work experience as a Store Officer, Logistics Assistant with International NGOs.
I have experience in stock management (racking and shelving) and stock valuation (Market Analysis and Bid Analysis) safety procedures in store management, fleet management, Digital Communication Policy, Gadget management (Facilities and equipment) raising of PL, pre-qualification of vendors with a strong focus on reception of consignment, tracking of stocks, daily stock follow up and Risk Management.

Maintenance of Building, storage Spaces and stored equipment
Monitor the storage facilities/ infrastructures/ tools and equipment both from inside and outside: locate damages and propose the necessary repairs.
Initiate and control use of PPEs, manage tools and equipment.
Supervise cleaning and regular disinfection of storage spaces.
Planning for casting and ordering of adhoc bulk spare parts orders.
Introduce protection against insects and pests inside the storage spaces and apply treatment upon the first sign of infection.
Ensure adequate ventilation of the spaces and keep the stocks clean.
Ensure the equipment and machines used by teams are cleaned before returning to storage.
Monitor the quality of products at the time of receipt. Put aside non-attention or infected products and report to the stock manager.
Report any irregularity and Issues spare parts to logistic assistant.
Upon request conducts spot check of sub-delegation fleet stock location to support team in spare-parts storage, handling, planning, and issuance SOPs.
Regularly monitor the quality of products during storage. Pay special attention to expiration dates.
In conjunction with stock manager, make provisions for the staff and necessary equipment for loading/uploading.
Supervise the team of daily workers charged with storage activities.
Storing all goods, labeling, tagging, packaging and stacking them appropriately.
Reporting losses, damages, or any such discrepancies may be noticed to stock manager.
Draft or complete dispatch and receipt documents in compliance with Solidarities International standards.
Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing foods, goods and equipment.

Participate in monthly stored goods and equipment, physical inventories and reconciliation with what should be in stock.
Apply all the SI stock management procedures and make sure that all the stock management from are in place.
Ensures that all cold chain items must be always kept under proper storage conditions and will therefore be prepared at the last minute just before dispatch
Monitor the temperature of the warehouse and ensure that products requiring cold chain (vaccines) are always stored at a suitable temperature (between +2°C and +8°C) - manually record T twice daily - Reports any deviation, using the cold chain breech report.
Maintains physical and digital records according to standard guidelines considering update the Relief Item Tracking Application daily to reflect all transactions (new requests, receipt of goods, and release of goods) based on complete documentation; maintain physical records per individual request/consignment per Service User.
Filling of waybills, consignment reports, laborer’s pay sheet as well as any relevant document for proper record keeping and documentation.
Good knowledge of service request form (SRF) and request order form (ROF).
