I'm John Obiechina. I hail from Nteje, Oyi Local Government Area of Anambra State. I grew up with a father and mother and 5 other siblings. I attended primary school in St. Bridget's Primary School.
Schools where Giant Step International Secondary School (JSS1-3), My senior secondary School at International Secondary School (SS1-3). I pursued my undergraduate studies, Psychology in Madonna University, Okija and my postgraduate studies in Global Development, University of Leeds, Leeds, United Kingdom. My first experience as an education and counselling officer was when I founded Concerned Nigerian Youth Action (CONYA).
It was great. My executives and I built an organization with a great purpose- to make a difference in Nigeria. Since then, we have completed many projects.
Corps (NYSC), I served as a counsellor HIV/AIDS in Centre for Women, Youth and Community Action, Lafia. I also volunteered through community development service where I completed 41 projects. After my studies, I proceeded to United Kingdom for further studies.
I studied Global Development for my Master's. In return to Nigeria, I worked with my father in his School. I was the Principal of Holy Family Model School, Aba. I reported to him. I spent 9 years in managing the school and helping it grow.
After a while, my father freed me to live in Abuja and to begin my journey to a new life. I've been applying since 2023 to gain a good job and to bless my family.
