Business Development Team – Lead.

Sales Plan: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Sales Presentations: Create tailored proposals and quotes, conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization and also prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences. Providing post-sale support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and expand the sales and business development team.

Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
