• Monitor environmental aspects and reports deviations promptly and support environmental compliance audits.
• HSE Documentation and Reporting; Responsible for Maintaining and updating HSE logs, safety records, MSDS, and all related documentation. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management review.
• Ensured HSE equipment, gas detection systems, PPE, and fire-fighting appliances are available and in good condition. Periodic checks on critical safety equipment is a core aspect of my camp and rig site inspection.
• Responsible to ensure that safety equipment and systems are regularly tested, certified, color coded where necessary and in compliance with industry standards.
• Responsible to Act as a liaison between rig management, crew members, and external safety authorities, keeping all parties informed about safety concerns and regulations.
• Follow up with the RADIO MAN to ensure that journey management plan is strictly adhered to.
• Follow up on the various weekly and monthly inspections, as designated by HILONG. Report any deviation, as observed.
