Food Scientist, international institute of tropical Agriculture (IITA), Ibadan, Nigeria (2019-2020)

• Conducting research and development projects on new food products, ingredients, and processes, using sensory, analytical, and functional testing methods
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, and chefs, to design and optimize food formulations that meet consumer needs and preferences, as well as regulatory requirements 
• Designing and implementing experimental protocols, including statistical analysis, to evaluate the quality, safety, and shelf life of food products under different storage, distribution, and processing conditions
• Contributing to the generation of intellectual property, including patents, publications, and presentations, to communicate and protect research findings
