I act as a Transactional counsel, helping my clients navigate the legal complexities of the Capital market.

Conduct due diligence on parties and businesses leading to a contractual relationship.
Review the progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
Provide the required legal assistance to the company in matters involving government or regulatory agencies
Provide legal advice on projects or commercial documents and transactions while ensuringthat the company’s interests are protected.
Ensure that all legal risks are identified, and appropriate actions are taken.
Provide and interpret legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to the staff.
Review and advise the management on the legal implications of policies and procedures.
Prepare, and review legal contracts, agreements, and internal policies and ensure that these are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements of the company.
