- Inventory Control & Reporting: maintaining accurate records of daily stock reconciliation, fuel transactions, and maintenance logs
- Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of refueling vehicles, hoses, pumping systems, meter, filtration units, pipelines, valves and storage tanks
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized terminal/tank farm, including cleaning debris and keeping equipment in working order
- Audits: Participating in JIG, IATA, NCAA, FAAN, DPR, Airlines and external audits to ensure compliance
