My experience includes, organizing administrative and logistical aspects of office activities and events, managing meeting requests, UNHAS travel bookings, and monitoring the availability of accessories, equipment, stationery, office supplies, office stock and placing orders as required.
I Ensure that all vendors are vetted through Watchdog prior to payment, conduct spot checks for compliance and adherence to and Donor guidelines, collect quotations and bids from the market for requests as standard policies, conduct quote analysis and draft contracts as applicable, ensures that required documentation of supplies and transactions are completed.
In line with the above, I also manage and monitor the logistics of the material resources, ensure installations and maintenance of functional office space and lodging facilities. My strong writing and communication skills are pertinent to effective report writing and presentations in any office space.
