As a Sales Representative, l like working in luxury brands firm, such as fashions, wares, furnitures, and extras.
Sales is an in and out ward process of meeting up goals in life. When l talk of sales, l talk of customers. I like interacting with customers,it will enable me to know exactly what they need and reach to them to their satisfactory.
I welcome customers cheerfully, and listen to their demands or complaints. Customers re my most priority, l don't joke with. I'm always careful with customers not to show any red flag to whatever they might see, know or hear concerns the product am giving to them or recommending to them, knowing full well that they might go without coming back again.
I always adapt to my wrongs, whenever they spot it out, that is the most important thing to customers. They valued that much, in such…they will make u their friend, definitely confiding in u. In this l noticed that customers can be retained and easy associates with, when they re free with u.
Giving them update of the new arrival of products according to their choice, is another hook strategy for customers, to have your brand at heart, always coming by to buy new things or to check on the new products. With this, u can't loose that customers, mostly when they noticed u appreciate their coming by giving them discounts, gifts, wallets, or appreciation sales.
