Even though I studied political science in the university, I have a good experience as a customer service officer,this can be dated back to various organisations where I've worked.before I got admission into the university I worked as a receptionist for 2 years in a very big and known hotels kano and that set the pace for my interest in customer services and also I've worked as an usher where we make events are organised and upto standard, welcoming of guest and ta making sure they are comfortable for the event,I worked as a secretary in a very big supermarket in kano where I was a secretary to the managing director and at the sane time I serve as an intermediary between the top executive of the organisation and the the staff and currently I am working with imose mobile technology limited as a customer care Representative,I am the face of the company in kano and I ensure a smooth running of the day to day affair of the organisations branch in kano,attend to customers and make sure their complaints are resolved and sending reports to the appropriate various departments in the organisations.these various organisation I've worked gave me different experiences and I've gathered knowledge that helps me deal with the day to day struggle on the job which has made it even more easier.

I graduated from federal University dutse, jigawa state in 2018 where I studied political science and graduated with a second class upper division and proceeded to partake in nation youths service programme where I was posted to kano state pension Trust fund as an assistant office administrator as my place of primary assignment.
