• Conducted UX reviews of mobile application screens (onboarding, business card, profile, investor access), documenting conceptual issues, usability problems, and structured correction recommendations.
• Redesigned the booking flow for the Zynk mobile app, adding supporting screens to improve navigation clarity and interaction consistency.
• Rebuilt and improved the Business page under the Assets section of the web application, refining UI components, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency.
• Designed the complete Data Room feature — including empty states, multi-step document upload flows (financial, legal, pitch deck, cap table, due diligence), folder navigation, and document management menus.
• Recreated and redesigned Investor Access and Fundraising CRM interfaces, filling gaps in user flows and improving layout clarity.
• Designed structured multi-step onboarding forms for Expert and Investor users, balancing data collection with low friction and strong UX principles.
• Designed a Referral UI system featuring user tracking and reward tier displays to drive engagement.
• Created a full set of system feedback screens and pop-ups — success states, error states, empty states, and link-copy confirmations.
• Currently executing a 10-day sprint to design the complete Investor Panel module: user research, journey mapping, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
