I am a confident individual with the ability to adapt accordingly to continually changing environment and demands. My ability to speak Pashto, Dari, Urdu, and English with fluency has allowed me to interact with a diverse group of people. I am very organised with a keen eye for detail.

I assist in creating listing for selling Cars/ Spare car parts online on various websites and social media which includes: Facebook market Place, Ebay, Amazon, Gumtree.

• My role consists of giving quick, rapid responses to customers, creating honest and detailed listings of items on sales.
• Through constant communication with customers and excellent customer service skills I completed a vast amount of successful sales.

Exam Invigilator at PSI Services LLC (2023-06 – Present)

My role involves attending to candidates in a testing or examination environment, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, verifying candidate identity, managing security protocols, and assisting with the examination process. I am responsible for invigilating exams, managing examinee data, and supporting candidates with equipment or system navigation.

Exam Invigilator at Engage Education (2022-05 – Present)

My role consists of setting up the rooms for exams and ensuring exam rules and regulations are followed by the students. During invigilation I have the role of being vigilant and aware at all times in case a student requires attention. Once exams have finished, I work to ensure the exam papers are collected and all student leave the examination hall in an orderly manner.

Trustee at Al-Nijah (2021-06 – Present)

I am currently a trustee for Al-Nijah which is a registered charity providing services for young children and women, especially from a South Asian origin, to advance education and promote social inclusion. My role involves assisting in activities and workshops delivered. This involves assisting with ESOL classes, often translating when required. I also carry out weekly sessions, every Saturday, with children aged between 5 and 18.

My role as a telephone interviewer was to follow the script I was given and accurately record the responses given by participants. Upon quality control of interviews, which were done randomly, I adapted and altered techniques in response to feedback given. I was required to adapt my current IT skills to new communication software.

Hospital Volunteer at Spire Healthcare (2019-04 – 2019-10)

In this role, I was responsible for greeting and assisting patients as they arrived, ensuring they were comfortably settled into their rooms while waiting for the nurse.

• Greeting and assisting patients to settle into their rooms, providing a welcoming environment.
• Facilitating smooth interactions between patients and nursing staff by ensuring patients were prepared for consultations.
• Taking blood samples to the correct location for collection, ensuring proper handling and adherence to protocol.

I partook in many events which were centred around healthcare. I would attend weekly meetings to talk about current and future projects and how we as volunteers can contribute to each project. I was involved in organising a project called 'Get your rights', an event held in Leeds Civic hall.

In this role, I had the opportunity to shadow and learn about the various roles within a medical practice, including the duties of doctors, healthcare assistants, and nurses. This experience provided a well-rounded understanding of patient care and medical administration, while allowing me to interact closely with the healthcare team and staff.
