Maximus Chilaka

Maximus chilaka is a graduate of Infirmation Technology, with 4 years working experience in IT support. I have worked with New horizons , opticsoft Technology and currently with health assur as an IT support.

The following skill sets makes me a good IT Support: listening and effective communication skills, Time management, profficent with Microsoft suite, website management, Network management, computer hardware and software support. What motivates me as an IT support is the fulfillment i derive when I resolve a challenge.

As an IT professional with relevant work experience , I understand the ethics of an IT support person. I always put myself on the shoe if the person I am supporting. Irrespective of how furstrating the challenge might be my priority is to ensure the challenge is resolved.
