Telecommunications Deployment Engineer with practical experience in Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), Outside Plant (OSP) deployment, GPON network implementation, and Radio Access Network (RAN) infrastructure projects. Experienced in supervising fiber rollout activities, coordinating subcontractors, supporting access network provisioning, and ensuring successful project delivery in compliance with quality, safety, and SLA requirements. Proven ability to manage FTTH deployment projects, oversee ODN installations, support OLT/ONT integration, and facilitate Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) documentation.
Strong background in telecom infrastructure deployment, fault management, hybrid power optimization, and field operations gained through projects delivered for MTN and Glo in partnership with Huawei Technologies.
