Job Responsibilities

 Removal and reinstatement of valves (relief valve, gate valve, globe valve, ball valve, butterfly valve).

 Overhauling of relief valve.

 Removal and reinstatement of actuator.

 Removal and reinstatement of KANE pump.

 Removal and replacement of drive end and none drive end bearing, for single stage compressor, gear box and motor.

 Greasing exercise of motor bearing.

 Removal and replacement of nitrogen expander.

 Removal of heat exchanger bundle for jet washing and reinstatement.

 Spading and de-spading of flanges.

 Greasing the stem of valves, using grease gun.

 Removal and reinstatement of cooler.

 Removal and reinstatement of sparkplug

 Spading and de- spading of fuel gas line

 Changing of fan guard

 Removal and reinstatement of strainer from a pump for jet washing

 Removal and reinstatement of gate valve.
