I am a Human Resource practitioner with three years of experience in the Human Resource field. As a Human Resource Generalist, I have gained a strong understanding of the HR function and developed expertise in several areas, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, onboarding, and performance management, learning and development, Compensation and Benefit and employee welfare. I have also gained experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
As a Human Resource Generalist, I exercise strong communication skills (including good listening and speaking skills to communicate with employees), which enabled me to build strong relationships with employees and managers, facilitate a positive work culture and foster employee engagement. I have also developed practical conflict-resolution skills, allowing me to handle difficult situations professionally.
I am a self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, and I take pride in ensuring that all HR activities are executed efficiently and accurately. I am also a quick learner, who is able to manage multiple priorities with the use of MS Office, and Google Workplaces Tools (e. g Google Sheets, Google Docs etc.), Hands-on experience with HRIS and organizational skills etc.
