I have worked as a Social Media Manager at Hubeatz and Ifedes Salon, I curated engaging content that not only resonated with the brand’s target audience but also led to a measurable increase in engagement and community interaction. By using data-driven strategies and keywords that the target audience could connect with, that in turn improved customer satisfaction and encourage customer loyalty.
I made use of tools like, CapCut, Notion, Canva, Inshot, Sprout Socials, Microsoft Excel, and a few more.
Also as a customer support specialist I have honed my skills in problem-solving, effective communication, active listening, showing empathy and understanding, utilizing a positive solution mindset, and customer relationship management, to ensure the effective impact of my role. My management skills, administrative skills, social media and communication skills have had a great impact on my approach to different demographics of clients with different concerns.
I completed my degree in English Language and Literature at Ekiti State University, I’ve cultivated a strong command of language, which enhances my ability to write, edit, and communicate effectively across platforms. Additionally, my foundational experience in UX Design and Social Media Marketing further equip me with a versatile toolkit for digital skill and strategy.
