Morayo Kehinde

I am a Legal Practitioner with over nine years of Legal Practice experience which cuts across both the Public and Private sectors.

The early years of my career witnessed my active involvement in litigation as a litigation lawyer and during this period, I was able to build and sharpen my advocacy skills by representing both corporate and individual clients in Court. My exposure to corporate litigation further boosted my understanding of Corporate Law as well as my mastery of the Company and Allied Matters Act and other relevant Business regulations.

My current position as a Principal Judicial Research Officer in the Ogun State Judiciary further afforded me with the opportunity to amplify my knowledge of both Substantive Law and Procedural Rules of Court. As a Judicial Research Officer, it is my duty to assist the Judge in researching and interpreting the current position of Law and judicial precedents concerning various disputes brought before the Court for adjudication as well as overseeing the day-to-day running of the Court.

Also, as a Certified Mediator, I have actively participated, under the supervision of a Presiding Certified Mediator, in mediation sessions at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center of the Ogun State Judiciary with a view to assisting parties in reaching amicable settlement.

I am a graduate of Faculty of Law, Lagos State University where I bagged a Bachelor of Law Degree in 2012. I later proceeded to the Nigerian Law School in 2013 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014 after a successful completion of the Law School Program. I am presently running a Post Graduate Diploma program in Economics at the University of Lagos. I am also a certified mediator and as well preparing for my Compliance Certification examination.
