• Prepare monthly budget for the successful running of the farm.
• Effective financial record keeping on a daily basis.
• Daily farm operation report, weekly, and monthly report using Microsoft office and Google sheet.
• Coordination of field workers to carry out planned operation.
• Build relationships with customers for the sales of farm produces.
• Ensuring proper monitoring of crops and livestock to achieve maximum productivity.
