I am a fast driven individual with substantial experience in Network Operations monitoring and escalation, customer service and in the pedagogical expanse. I leverage on my superior communicative ability, inter personal and problem solving skills to the growth of the organizational environment. I am flexible and and a fast learner who can work as both an individual and a team member. I am open to learning newer dimensions to better my skills for my personal and the organizational growth.
I have relatively two years experience in network operations, two years plus in customer service and three years as an instructor. I have a year experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel Supervisor.
I hold a bachelor's degree in English and Literary Studies from the prestigious University of Calabar, Nigeria.
