• Led the structural rehabilitation and repair works of Potline-3 Section 2,3,5 & 8 Busbars using specialized techniques including Injection Grouting, Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM), and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) wrapping.
• Executed heavy structural lifting operations using hydraulic jack lifting systems to facilitate precise regrouting and alignment of load-bearing sections.
• Ensured high-strength retrofitting and load stabilization of critical industrial components, significantly extending the service life of the busbar foundations.
• FTP Chimney-02 Repair
• Headed the structural repair and retrofitting project for FTP Chimney-02, addressing structural distress through targeted nozzle epoxy grouting and Polymer Modified Mortar (PMM) application.
• Implemented advanced Carbon Fiber Wrapping (CFRP) systems to enhance the shear strength, seismic resistance, and load-bearing capacity of the chimney shell.

• CHIMNEY RCC CORBEL WORK
• Formwork & Reinforcement Supervision : Managed formwork fixing, bar bending schedule (BBS) verification, and steel tying for heavy load-bearing cantilever RCC corbels at designated lift intervals inside the RCC chimney shell.
• Concreting & Curing : Ensured proper concrete placement, compaction via mechanical vibrators, and standard curing routines to maintain structural integrity and load-carrying capacity for brick lining support.
• REFRACTORY BRICK LINING & THERMAL INSULATION
• Brick Lining Execution: Directed the laying of refractory fire bricks / acid-resistant bricks over corbel supports along the internal perimeter of the chimney shell.
• Specialized Mortar Application: Ensured correct mixing ratios and continuous application of specialized chemical/fire-resistant mortars (sodium silicate / potassium silicate / resin mortars) maintaining strict joint thickness.
• Air Gap & Insulation Wall: Supervised placement of high-density rockwool / mineral wool insulation blankets behind the brick lining to prevent thermal transfer to the main RCC shell.
• Quality Control & JMR Verification
• Conducted QA/QC inspections using standard site checklists for reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete pouring.
• Prepared, verified, and finalized Joint Measurement Records (JMR) with client and consultant representatives for timely billing.
