ß Customer focused Field Service Engineer delivering technical service in the area of installation, Commissioning,
maintenance, repair, online support, safety and quality issues relating to rotating equipment in service of LNG plants, Oil & Gas Industries, utility Clients
ß An Automation and Electrical Engineer with about 4 years of experience designing and implementing automation methodologies, troubleshooting and maintaining electrical equipment, improving production efficiencies, and ensuring continuous improvements on maintenance tasks and activities in a manufacturing environment.
ß Experienced in conducting repair and maintenance activities, creating and implementing preventative, regular and predictive maintenance plans, preparing job plans for scheduling purposes while ensuring correct implementation and adherence to safety, health and environmental procedures
FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER August 2021- date
∑ Hands-on installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Microturbines, Reciprocating gas engines, compressors,
vaporizers.
∑ Routinely monitor equipment operating conditions to ensure the quick resolution of abnormal operation situation
∑ Assess Root causes and remedial actions.
∑ Key role in preventive and post maintenance plan and assessment of operational resources required for its execution
∑ Support the business growth by driving customer’s satisfaction on every client project engagement
∑ Site survey, Inspection, installation of AAF Filters on Gas Turbines.
∑ Provide technical and/or project management of installation, commissioning and maintenance of reciprocating gas engine on sites.
∑ Maintain regular site visit to ascertain operational/maintenance conditions are safe based on OEM
∑ Liaise with OEM on continuous improvement to ensure customers satisfaction
∑ Lead and Supervise contractors to ensure pre-commissioning activities in accordance with approved method statements, procedures, approved commissioning specification and QHSE requirements
