Customer Service Lead/ Product Support Analyst/ Relationship Manager/ Contact Centre Experience Agent/Sales and Marketing Manager
I have 6 years of experience which covers the areas of service, sales and product support, I currently work with Estuary Business Services Limited (EBSL) in Nigeria as a Product Support Analyst and the Customer Support Lead where I Supervises day-to-day customer service operations and also provide support to clients by addressing their issues.
Prior to joining EBSL I worked with Union bank of Nigeria, I joined as a Direct Sales Agent and was promoted within a space of one year to the of a Customer Service Representative/Customers Relationship Manager where I spent about 3 years before I was transferred to the Contact Centre agent department to manage the Elite and Royalty segment which is due to series of awards earned and to my consistent track record for surpassing targets and also for exceptional performances.
I am a focused person, and I am always willing to go beyond the minimum expectations to make sure I serve customer needs. I approach new situations with enthusiasm and enjoy the challenge of learning something new in my work.
