Preventive and corrective maintenance of 4 units of Cummins Gas Generator 2 Mega Watt each, 2 units of 1.5MW Cummins gas generator, 1 unit of 400KW of Cummins gas generator and 1 Diesel generator.

• Carrying out routine maintenance based on running hours e.g 250, 500, 750, 1k & 2k running hours and annually maintenance
• Valve adjustment
• Synchronization of Generators and load Management, Cleaning of air filters
• Changing of oil filter as at when due, Refilling grease using grease gun, Refilling of Acid water in 12 volt batteries, Refilling of coolant water, Refilling and changing of engine oil as at when due
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, distribution boards, 3 phase motors and electrical panels including circuit breakers, overload relays, contactors and timers
• Calibration of Generators to augment for voltage drop across transmission lines
• Parameter check on Gas Generator from HMI panel in preparation for starting sequence
• Maintaining of smooth operations at the CNG and Shell Gas station
• Maintaining of records and preparation of report after every maintenance work
