My name is Elvis Nwaro ,
I am a Sales and Business Development manager with over seven years working experience in different industries such as Banking, I.T, and majorly Real estate.
I have sold and converted lots of deals ranging from high earned properties, and other real estate products with different strategies, online and offline.
As a Business development manager I have managed quite a number of productive sales teams and led them to numerous closure/conversion of deals. I am a team player , result oriented and I carry people along.
I have won different awards such as 3 time best sales person of the month and 1 time best sales manager of the year.
As a BDM, I see myself more as a problem solver, a value giver and a relationship builder.
-I never lose/give up on a clients except he doesn't have money or just making enquiry.
I had some challenges when I was starting up such as public speaking, which I was able to overcome with motivation and some practical role play. Which made me become better in my field.
