I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with a background in customer service and hospitality. I have experience working as a receptionist and store assistant, where I developed strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. I am currently undergoing cabin crew training, which has enhanced my knowledge of aviation and professional service standards.

I am passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, maintaining professionalism, and continuously improving my skills while contributing positively to any organization I work with.

I have worked as a receptionist at Just Eat and Chill Restaurant in Lekki, Lagos, where I managed front desk operations, welcomed guests, handled bookings, and resolved customer inquiries professionally. I also ensured a clean and organized reception area and coordinated with staff to maintain smooth service delivery.

Additionally, I worked as a store assistant and records clerk in a shopping mall, where I managed inventory records, organized stock, assisted customers in locating products, and maintained accurate documentation while supporting overall store operations.

I am currently undergoing post-secondary technical and vocational training in aviation, pursuing a Cabin Crew Program. My cabin crew license is in progress, where I am gaining knowledge in aviation standards, safety procedures, and professional service delivery.
