involved in installation, testing, calibration, loop check,
commissioning work in project term of process control instrument like transmitter, control valve, SOV, RTD’s, thermocouple, switches, level troll, gauges etc..
Instrumentation systems related to following activities
Hand on Instrument Installation, Cable Glanding termination, lugging in Control panels,
instruments and cable installation checks and testing (Continuity, insulation resistance etc.).
Involved instruments installation, calibration work such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow and
Level Transmitter RTD’s, thermocouple, & Switches, I/P convertor, control valve Positioner
,solenoid valve and calibration and testing of control valve Positioner and stroke checking of control valve like fisher Rosemount, Valtek flow serve, Honeywell, Dembla Masoneilan
Hands on testing calibration of all types of smart types Field instrument like FF, Emerson,
Rosemount, Honeywell, ABB, Endress+Houser, Siemens Foxboro IA Series, Yokogawa
Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Transmitters and final controlling element.
Interpretation of loop drawing, Hook-up drawing, and P&ID drawings.
Inspection and Calibration of instruments prior to installation.
Responsible in Instrument calibration, loop check, pre-commission, commissioning, final inspection, punch listed wide range of instrumentation equipment and cabling including
Pre-Commission/Commissioning Instruments, Process Control and Shutdown Systems
Loop checking and commissioning of gas turbine, power generator, pump and compressors with vendors.
Working in control valve, SOV, MOV, ESDV Valve of installation, calibration, stroke checking
Online / off-line Calibration of Transmitters and Control Valves.
Extensive experience in instrumentation maintenance department like fault find trouble shoot,
cause effect, managing inspection activities, procedures and monitoring in field instrumentation.
Able to installed to all Kind F&G Detector System like Fire & Gas Detector, Smoke Detector, UV
Detector, Flam Detector able to calibration and general Maintenance work
Conversant diagnosis field calibrator like HART Communicator, Fluck
Multi Meter, Dead Weight Tester, Druck, Thermocouple & RTD’s
Calibrator like Decade Box, Temp Bath-II, I/P Simulator, hydraulic pump etc..
Co-ordinate with Instrument Senior Technicians and Instruments Engineer in order to maintain optimum plant operability.
Prepare materials, equipment and tools needed for the specific activities.
Perform various clean up and housekeeping activity
involved in installation, testing, calibration, loop check,
