Responsibility

In-process control check at every stage of drug manufacturing; beginning from the dispensing of raw materials to the packaging of finished products

Determination of the following physical parameters for tablets/caplets using appropriate equipment: Disintegration test, Friability test, Hardness test, Weight of tablets/caplets.

Determination of seal integrity of sealed finished products, both for liquid and solid preparation, using leak test apparatus.

Determination of moisture content and bulk density of granules during production process.

Determination of fills analysis and volume variation test for liquid preparation

Carry out thorough and proper line clearance before and after any production process at every manufacturing stage of a particular product batch.

Proper documentation and correct filling of Batch Manufacturing Record(BMR) at every stage of production process.

Carry out stability test on finished products

Equipment sampling and releasing.

Other experience in microbiological Unit includes:

Microbial analysis of purified, portable and raw water

Aseptic sampling of raw materials, intermediary products and finished product for microbial analysis.
