I have been a house parent for 7 years and also coordinate sporting activities for teenagers in the boarding school. I naturally love and encourage people, most especially towards doing their daily tasks. As also a professional sports coach, I use my trained skills to develop leadership qualities among teenagers and encourage them to be up and doing. Thanks
