Developed and tested a star–delta starter system for three-phase motors, optimising power consumption and reducing starting current while incorporating electrical interlocking, motor protection mechanisms, and compliance with industrial automation standards. Designed and developed PLC-based automation systems using Siemens STEP 7 Manager and Siemens TIA Portal, implementing Ladder Logic (LAD) with integrated timers, comparators, and counters for sequence control and logical decision-making.

Simulated an automated two-tank pumping system (Tank A → Tank B) with sensor-based control, demonstrating effective use of feedback control, safety interlocks, and real-time process automation.
