My name is Lashilola Olakunle Augustine, an I.T. Support and Analyst Team Lead. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree (B.Tech) in Pure and Applied Physics. In my current position as IT Manager, part of my responsibilities is to ensure network downtime is avoided and properly managed when it occurs and optimal network service provisioning is available for client trading engagements. I manage the network cable and routers implementations, troubleshooting and go live monitoring of both internal and external servers. I also manage the cloud-based software application my organization uses in the support of clients’ accounts and activities. I also work on management and repairs of devices for proper functioning.
