Job Description
- Manages the utilities and facilities serving the over 400 housing units of the estate – These includes water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant, sports and recreation facilities, power infrastructures by putting up a very effective maintenance schedule and procedures and ensures.
- Manages team of security formation which includes 50 security guards, the CSO and 8 mobile police officers by holding regular security meetings, review CCTV cameras to discuss security lapses and ways to improve them
- Advises the executives of the estate association on policy formulation to help maintain the serenity and improve the value of the estate.
- Conflict resolutions among residents and ensures compliance to ground rules
- Coordinate contract negotiations with vendors with reference to terms and conditions of the projects to be executed
