Throughout my 6 years plus of experience in early year childhood education, I have a thorough understanding of child development principles and excellent teaching approaches geared toward young learners. My dedication to developing engaging lesson plans, encouraging constructive behavior management strategies, and instilling a love of learning is in line with the principles promoted at your school.
As a teacher in the United Arab Emirates, one of my specialties is in providing inclusive and dynamic learning experiences that cater to varied cultural learning styles, ensuring each child receives personalized attention and realizes their full potential. I firmly believe in collaborative partnerships with parents and colleagues, understanding the vital role they play in a child’s educational journey.
At English school of kalba, UAE, I effectively taught phonics which had a substantial influence on the children's learning outcomes and general development. These experiences have sharpened my capacity to react fast, think creatively, and maintain a dynamic classroom atmosphere that encourages growth and inquiry.
I also functioned as Head supervisor for the early years foundation stage at various intervals during my time at ESK,UAE.
