This was the period of my National Youth Service Corporation (NYSC) Scheme, where I acquired extra moral and disciplined teaching skills in the educational sector, this role focused my attention in helping my lesson students of three different families of different schools to improve their learning ability in almost all the areas of their related educational studies, a total number of eight students in total shuffling from 6:00am to 6:00pm, but this was during the time of a virus outbreak and necessary precautions was taking cause I was moving from home to home before returning to my catholic lodge space.

During this period of my work experience I had learnt how to perform my duties diligently working as a Human Resource Assistant, I assisted the managnent in my departmental work in taking care of employees documentations relating to their participation with the organization, my role here was basically to find, hire, conduct training and support new employees through their contract with the organization. Also, I was in charge of ensuring my departmental work was done perfectly, my responsibilities included all the necessary functions of the Human Resource department in; recruiting, administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, and alongside employee relations and performance management.
