I am a registered nurse with various experiences in different aspects of nursing over the last 10 years. I am a dedicated, compassionate, and result-driven person, I work assiduously every day to achieve the aims and objectives set by the various institutions and organizations I have worked for which has given me the opportunities to understand policies and thereby provide a high standard of nursing care to my patients.

Over the years I have learned so much and garnered enough experience to function effectively in any capacity I find myself in the near future. I am vast in the use of nursing care plans, documentation, and reporting. Apart from my skill sets as a Nurse, I am proactive and I also possess excellent interpersonal communication capabilities, and the ability to function well in a team in order to deliver optimum quality care to patients, and I possess the urge to always develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. My experiences in the past years in handling various medical conditions as given me an understanding of emergency care, such as the ability to identify risks, and imminent dangers and prevent them, triage systems, respond to situations with a calm mind, and proactively assess and treat accordingly. Identification of various mental health challenges and plan for their management.
