Proficient with Donors, INGO & NGO - PEPFAR, GLOBAL FUND with over 8 years progressive experience in public procurement including another (8) years’ experience in private procurement which includes issuance of contracts, requisition, purchase and distribution of Office supplies, Donor-procurements, Commodity and Supply Chain, Fleet & Logistics Management skills.
Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver quality work & results for the organization through effective use of effort and resources, demonstrating and promoting organizational values and cultural awareness within/outside an organization.
Teamwork, collaboration, establishing & building partnerships & networks across teams & external strategic partners, good listening skills, presenting ideas, communicating complex strategy and concepts effectively.
Ability to use appropriate interpersonal and motivational styles/methods to inspire individuals and groups to achieve and surpass set goals.
Ability to manage oneself under pressure, coping with & showing resilience in changing environments as well as managing change, with the willingness to learn new methods & systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programme (Excel Spreadsheet, Word Processing and Power Point).
