I have over ten years’ experience in both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying services (Budgeting, BOQ & Cost Control) in the delivery of various construction and infrastructure projects across Nigeria; both civil and Oil & Gas EPC contracts.

I was part of design teams of Architects, Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers and do interim valuations of payment to subcontractors, suppliers/vendors and Main contractors including Final Accounts at the end of projects.

I was directly responsible on many occasions for Contract procurement/documentation, Pricing of tenders, examination of tenders/bids, Tender Reports and recommendation of contractors for projects.

I am a Chartered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors NIQS and registered QS with QSRBN
