Maintenance officer duties 

• Give report on Maintenance to the Director.
• Identify and lead cost and technical improvement projects in the plant.
• Responsible for reduction of Break Down / Minor Stoppages and preparing of Break Down Analysis, report and Deployment of Breakdown to various machines in Packaging
• Attending to Electrical and Mechanical faults before the Craftsman.
• Report any issues that require maintenance.

• Greeting customers and handout menu.
• Handle all guest complain in a professional manner.
• Inform customer’s about the day special.
• Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants.
• Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture.
• Empty trash bins.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Change linens and towels and replace toiletries.
• Restock cleaning supplies in the hand cart.
• Report any issues that require maintenance.
