With over three years of experience in legal and research roles, Modupe is a passionate and skilled ESG and sustainability consultant, who holds two masters degrees in Corporate Governance and Law, and International Human Rights Law. She is also a qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, with legal experience from both the private and public sectors.
As the Lead (Research & Publications) at Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, she edited articles for two corporate governance journals, spearheaded and conducted research on ESG matters, represented the organization in meetings with potential collaborators, and showcased her expertise in ESG matters by acting as a resource person in workshops and webinars. She is a critical thinker, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator, who is always willing to take on challenges and learn new skills. She is interested in matters pertaining to ESG, corporate law, social entrepreneurship, children's rights, and prisoners' rights, and aims to contribute to the advancement of these fields through her research and consultancy.
