Oluwatobi Oke

I work as a Special Educational Needs Teacher, supporting children with learning difficulties and developmental challenges. I help them develop academically, socially, and emotionally by using individualized teaching approaches suited to their unique needs.

I am a dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) professional with over six years of experience supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. Currently serving as a Special Education Needs Coordinator at Pershing Hills Elementary School, Lagos, I design and implement individualized education programs, conduct assessments, adapt learning materials, and provide targeted interventions for children with ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other learning disabilities. I actively collaborate with parents and monitor students’ behavioral and academic progress to ensure effective support.

In addition, I work as a Special Education Needs Teacher and Behavioral Therapist at Richville Speech & Learning Consult, Lagos, where I deliver therapeutic interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). My role involves teaching academic and functional skills, supporting students within classroom settings, conducting regular assessments, and contributing to the development and implementation of individualized education plans to help learners achieve their academic and behavioral goals.
