I am Omobolaji, a Customer Service Team Leader with Sporty Internet Limited, a leading Gambling & Casino company in Nigeria and several other African countries.
As a Customer Service Team Leader, I am responsible for a team of over 30 Customer Service Representatives, guiding, training and motivating CS reps on the product knowledge and proper customer service delivery to our customers. Customer Service delivery is done on all channels; Chats, Calls, Emails & Social Media.
I am also responsible for the process improvement and development with other departments to ensure the business growth.
General centre reports are also generated from the company owned CRM to foster improvement on regular basis.
I have experience using several CRM, most common of which is zendesk.
As a Customer Service Team Leader, I am responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship experience and for driving positive customer behavior through the creation of initiatives such as training programs, process improvements, and feedback mechanisms. I am skilled in managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they consistently meet performance targets and deliver excellent service. I have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, and I can use this knowledge to develop strategies that enhance the customer experience.
Additionally, I have excellent communication and problem-solving skills which allow me to effectively address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. Overall, my goal is to ensure that every interaction a customer has with our company is positive, and that their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
I studied Philosophy in the University of Benin and did a Postgraduate in Education in the University of Lagos.
