Involved in facilitating and overseeing electronic settlement transactions. I coordinate and manage the settlement process, ensuring all necessary documentation and legal requirements are met. This includes verifying the authenticity of electronic signatures, managing funds transfers, and coordinating with relevant parties, such as buyers, sellers, and financial institutions.
As an E-settlement officer, I must ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to electronic settlements. As I am also responsible for resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the settlement processes and providing timely and accurate updates to all parties involved. Overall, my role is to ensure smooth and efficient electronic settlements while upholding legal and procedural standards.
I am a graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. I also have a certificate in Data analysis from Google Coursera and currently undergoing an online course in finance and accounting on Udemy.
