Omomen Uikhenan is a beautifier that makes learning an exciting activity to the admiration of every learner. I creatively make it an activity, is enjoyed and practical in their everyday life. I design worksheets and teaching/learning aids to satisfy every learner, and am passionate about differentiated learning, attending to each learner as a unique entity.

Position: Class Teacher (Multi-age Class – Ages 3-5) & Elementary Co-ordinator (Early Years (Nursery One & Two) & Kindergarten (Primary 1)). In this position, below are the achievements;

• Observe, evaluate, and improve the performance of each child.
• Attend to children's basic needs, to make the child comfort, and love learning.
• Establish objectives for all lessons and project-based learning package.
• Arrange classroom space to encourage creative play and ambience for positive learning.
• Establish, observe, and enforce behavioural rules for behaviour, and procedures for maintaining order.
• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, book reading, and field trips.
• Teach basic skills such as; reading, personal hygiene, and social skills.
• Develop and implement lessons/work schemes consisting of three major curriculums (British, American & Nigerian).
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment that facilitates learning
• Organize and supervise play and work activities (for example reading, cooking, music, dancing, etc.)
• Liaise with parents, discussing and advising on the achievements and performance of their children
• Maintain records of children’s progress at their entry point and all through their stay in the class.
• Monitor and record progress.
• Plan and carry out the everyday activities of the preschool program, individualizing the and making them eligible for upper grade.
• Plan with team members in building correlation and transitional scheme of learning to run through the two basic classes and to the preceding class – Grade 1(Primary 2).

Position: Nursery Section Head/ Class Teacher (Nur. 2) In this position, below are the achievements;

• Plan and carry out the everyday activities of the preschool program, individualizing the children's development and making them eligible for upper grade.
