Oyarekhua has spent years in delivery of products and services to a wide variety of customers. Within this period, he has gained in-depth knowledge about identifying and meeting clients' needs. This experience, he translated to success in marketing HSE products and services.

Currently at THUMBS UP PROJECTS Ltd, he serves as General Manager overseeing Sales, Marketing and Administrative functions alongside with his core role as Fire Systems Specialist since 2010. He has contributed in Fire systems specification and design for turnkey and existing projects in Oil & Gas, ICT, residential and other construction types. On the administrative front, he currently oversees day to day operations, logistics, recruitment, training, workflow design and monitoring, staff appraisals, procurement, scheduling, etc.
